  • Check the Troubleshooter and Knowledge Base links below to see if your problem has already been addressed
  • Visit the MyUNL Resources page to browse our menu of MyUNL/Blackboard help topics

For additional support:

  • Click the chat link below to initiate a live chat session with Blackboard support
  • Click the "Request Support" link above to submit a help ticket
    • If you don't see the submit ticket option, you must first log in to My.UNL (Blackboard), then click on the "Help" button at the top of the screen, then click on "Request Support"
      • Submitting tickets helps ensure your question won't fall through the cracks and it helps to improve the quality of our Knowledge Base
